Grandmother Update

Postby Joseph the Worker » 22 Jul 2010 9:33 am

As I have mentioned on here before, my Grandmother is the one in my family who struggles most with our Catholicism and is the only remaining practicing CoCer in the family. We have tried to make it a non issue by just not discussing it much around or near her. Well I guess she told my father that she really didn't care that mich but she didn't want her friends from the community and especially her CoC friends to know because it would be embarrassing to have a Catholic in the family. I think that type of bigotry is really sad and a function of her CoC times and her rural location (not a Catholic cHurch in their entire county).
We are always looking for new blog posts at: http://coctocatholic.blogspot.com just PM me if you are interested!
